The Azalea Coast Library Association (ACLA) is a professional organization founded to promote and advocate for libraries through activity, communication, and interaction among those involved or interested in librarianship.
Our membership includes librarians, library-school students, and library staff who work in public, academic, school media centers, and special libraries in the Southeastern region of North Carolina. Membership is open to all library personnel from the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Carteret, Columbus, Cumberland, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, Robeson, and Sampson, although library personnel outside these areas are also welcome to participate.
We share information through social media, meetings, and sharing of ideas about libraries and librarianship.
Membership is open to all librarians, library staff, and library students in the region. To join ACLA’s listserv and become a member, please go to lists.uncw.edu/mailman/listinfo/acla
