ACLA CONFERENCE 2020 – CANCELED

9999

Hello Everyone,

After much consideration, due to the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to cancel the ACLA conference that was scheduled to be held on Friday, April 17th in Wilmington at the NHCPL. We apologize for the inconvenience, but wanted to inform the ACLA community as soon as we could.

We will work with those of you who have already registered and have sent payment, in order to reimburse you, or the entity that paid for your registration.

If you paid by Paypal, our ACLA Treasurer can refund you via Paypal.  If you’ve paid by check, please email ksaroff@nhcgov.com with the name of the person, or the entity, that you would like reimbursed. Please list mailing address to send the checks to as well.

The ACLA Treasurer will VOID all paper checks she has received so far, but not deposited, and return those checks to the respective person or entity that originally sent them.

We are planning to hold a regular quarterly meeting as soon as is feasible, to regroup and discuss possible virtual options to present the information that was going to be shared at the conference. Stay tuned for more information from our website: Azalea Coast Library Association and our ACLA Facebook page.

Please let us know if you have any questions by either responding personally to me, or to the ACLA Gmail address: azaleacoastlibraries@gmail.com.
Sincerely,

Elisabeth Garner
