This half-day (morning) workshop explains the differences and similarities between AACR2 and RDA for serials cataloging. This session will include hands-on practice in cataloging serials.

Tackling A/V in RDA

This half-day (afternoon) workshop delves into the unique challenges of cataloging A/V materials using RDA. Participants will engage in hands-on practice using templates and sample A/V materials in multiple formats.

Wading into e-books and e-audios at NCLIVE

Get to know the many e-book and e-audio options available through NCLIVE!  This half-day workshop focuses on each vendor including how to access, search, read, and download, as well as strategies and sources for information about how to download to the latest devices.  A comparison chart with each vendor’s features will be provided.  Vendors covered include:  ProQuest ebrary, ebooks from EBSCOhost, myilibrary, and the Home Grown ebook collection, as well as One Click and Learning Express.
